CRM Loyalty Trainee

The Desigual CRM Loyalty team is looking for a trainee with or without previous experience to support us during the relaunch of our loyalty program and creating an out of the box experience for our clients.

 

 

As a CRM Loyalty Trainee you will…

  • Support the CRM loyalty team with daily activities in order to further engage and activate members of the loyalty program.
  • Support partnership negotiations with the creation of contracts and review of T&Cs
  • Follow key KPIs including adhesion score, engagement, conversion, etc for the global loyalty program
  • Set up of push notifications campaigns in our new communication channel
  • Support the planning and execution of loyalty experiences and special activations
  • Support the CRM loyalty team in monthly reports and presentations preparation around loyalty activity.
  • Establish and maintain archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders in file system.
  • Coordination with internal teams to implement loyalty campaigns
  • Work with the emailing team to set up new loyalty emails
  • Play an active role and contribute ideas that enrich the program

 

You are the person we are looking for if you…

  • Can sign a full time internship agreement with your university or school
  • Have fluent knowledge of English both written and spoken and excellent writing skills
  • Have Good communication and social skills
  • Are a good team player
  • Are creative, artistic and attention to detail
  • Are flexible and co-operative
  • Have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
