As a People Business Partner you will own and drive the People vision and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within the assigned business areas, creating a trusted relationship with the employees across your area of responsibility. Work in partnership with Directors, managers and staff on the HR related decision making, by providing professional counselling, coaching, and tailoring solutions that meet business needs. Also, you will be the owner end to end of the people’s agenda of your business units.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with specialisation in Law, Psychology, BA or similar
  • Knowledge in talent management and labour law
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position & 3 years of previous experience as a HR Generalist
  • Fluent in English & Spanish are mandatory.
  • Skills: teamwork, strategic vision, flexibility, problem solving, result orientation, organization & planning, decision making, communication
  • Previous experience in fashion would be super valuable.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

1. Coordination with other areas and give strategic Management

 

The role involves building strong relationships with Directors, Managers, and partners in serviced business units to support people management decisions and address business needs proactively. They assist in implementing organizational changes, new job positions, and ensuring smooth business process continuity. Effective coordination and collaboration with other departments ensure seamless communication and teamwork within their area of responsibility.

Furthermore, they work closely with managers and directors to establish performance expectations and ensure effective performance management processes. Their strategic vision for the department ensures adequate resource allocation for optimal employee performance and goal achievement. Additionally, they identify potential workflow hindrances and address performance-related issues through feedback, goal setting, and development planning for the teams.

 

2. Talent Management

Be the partner with business leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Be the key part in the recruitment process and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes. In coordination with CoE.

 

3. Curate the employee Experience and shape organizational culture

The role entails considering and enhancing various elements, including the work environment, professional development opportunities, internal communication, human resources policies, team-building activities, wellness programs, and other factors that impact employee satisfaction and engagement. The objective is to create a positive and meaningful employee experience, leading to improved productivity, talent retention, and an overall positive organizational culture.

Additionally, the position involves influencing and shaping shared values, beliefs, behaviors, and norms within the organization. This includes establishing a clear direction for the desired culture and taking concrete actions to embed and reflect it throughout the company.

Moreover, the individual will lead or participate in HR projects, such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, or process improvements. They will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

 

4. HR Policies and implementation

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, staying updated on HR changes and guiding managers and employees. Collaborate with various HR teams to align and implement policies and projects across the organization, providing value-added services to the business units while meeting company objectives. Also, oversee administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle within their area of responsibility and participate in union relations with the Administration team.
