What are we looking for?
- A university degree with professional experience.
- Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
- Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
- Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
- High level of English. Other languages are a plus.

What will your role be?
As a Outlet Product Distribution, you will ensure that all the managed points of sale are assorted and allocated with the proper product, at the right time and in the proper volumes, in order to optimise stocks and maximise sales.
1. POS analysis |
Analyse the overall situation and the product related KPI's of the assigned POS (e.g. sales and stocks, best sellers, etc.), in order to track its evolution, detect deviations and make proper decisions regarding the optimum product assortment and allocation within the assigned POS, in coordination with his/her supervisor. |
2. POS replenishment management |
Manage the creation of initial and replenishment orders, stores capacity, promotional prices, movements and returns between POS, as well as other related information in the proper systems. Monitor the process with the involved teams in order to ensure its proper registration, meet the POS needs, optimise stocks, and guarantee the proper product replenishments.

3. Coordination with sales teams |
Keep frequent contact with the sales teams from the POS under his/her responsibility, performing visits to the POS in order to gather needs, know the typology of customers, provide them with specific information regarding product or other relevant information, solve potential incidences and obtain feedback on sales and POS performance. All of that aiming to ensure its proper operation, and facilitating the decision making processes. |
4. Commercial initiatives |
Participate in the definition of commercial initiatives for the managed POS, by adjusting promotions and prices by country and POS during the sales season and other specific promotional initiatives, in coordination with his/her supervisor. |
