We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-forward *Fashion Advisor* to join our team at Desigual.

As a Fashion Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing our brand’s vibrant, unique, and dynamic spirit. You will assist customers in-store, provide styling advice, and ensure that every shopping experience is personalized and memorable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert knowledge of Desigual’s product range.
  2. Sales: Drive sales by offering advice, upselling, and cross-selling products to meet customer needs and store targets.
  3. Styling & Product Presentation: Help customers select items that reflect their personal style while staying true to the Desigual brand. Ensure that products are well-displayed, and the store is visually appealing.
  4. Stock Management: Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory checks, ensuring that the store is fully stocked at all times.
  5. Cash Handling: Handle transactions accurately at the cash register, process payments, and handle refunds or exchanges following company procedures.
  6. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting for customers. This includes arranging merchandise, organizing fitting rooms, steaming, folding and adhering to health and safety standards.
  7. Customer Relationship Building: Foster a long-term relationship with customers by delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
  8. Brand Ambassador: Uphold the Desigual brand image by maintaining a positive attitude, professional appearance, and embracing the brand’s unique ethos and values.
     

Requirements:

  1. Passion for fashion and retail.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
  5. Ability to work 40 flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (up to 44 hours during peak season).
  6. Basic math skills for handling cash and working with sales targets.
  7. Ability to speak Mandarin or any other language is a plus to communicate with tourist customers
