Collaborate with the Sales Manager in managing the point of sale from the perspective of sales, billing and staff management in order to meet sales targets, quality, and optimization of stock and brand image in the point of sale as well as ensure the implementation of procedures and guidelines established by the company.Serve customers, according to the guidelines set by Desigual, in order to get the greatest satisfaction and drive the same sale.


Daily Operations

  • Responsible for the housekeeping of the counters (cleaning of fixtures/sales floor/fitting rooms).
  • To look into the management of the stockroom (ensuring that the storeroom is neat and tidy, merchandise are packed and stacked properly for easy access).
  • Responsible in receiving deliveries and transmitting information (receptions, returns, transfers, sales, etc) accurately.


Customer Service

  • To lead by example, demand and ensure high customer service standards at all times.
  • Build a proactive team who are constantly motivated, driven and sales oriented.


Visual Merchandising and Product Management

  • Understand our internal VM standards and guidelines.
  • To carry out change of floor display in accordance to the guidelines.
  • Ensure that all sales and promotional implementations are carried out correctly and timely.
  • Ensure proper and constant replenishment and sizing of merchandise.
  • Ensure product management are adhere to at all times.
  • Responsible in submitting the product request to the managers.


Sales Reports and KPIs

  • To submit sales reports to the managers accurately and timely.
  • Able to analyze sales reports.
  • To provide feedback and suggestions to your managers regarding sales and action plans on ways to improve.


Human Resource

  • Planning of schedule.
  • Communicate closely with the managers and the department key personnel.
  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy of all HR matters (checking of punch card and reporting to the manager regarding issues on attendance, punctuality and discipline).
