We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist based in Tokyo who will be in charge of the payroll management and related administration for Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. (130+ employees)
Main responsibilities:
- Payroll management for Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong
- Collect all documents for new openings, entries, leavers and send them to payroll vendor.
- Time and Attendance data management (Administrate the clock in / clock out in Store system)
- Reconciliation of social insurance premium (monthly).
- Daily communication with payroll vendors.
- HR Admin
- Issuing the contracts.
- Data management SAP/SUCCESS FACTORS
- Maintain the communication between the different POS, sales team and the payroll vendor.
- Communication with the Store Managers (or staff), office employees, etc. in relation to law procedures.
- Ensure the proper enforcement of current legislation in Japan
What are we looking for?
- 3 years+ of experience in a similar position (preferably in fashion retail industry).
- Experienced in managing payroll and administration for the Japanese market and have a deep knowledge of the Japanese labour law.
- Strong communication skills both in Japanese and English (JP: Native, EN: Business level)
- Experience in SAP/SUCCESS FACTORS or similar systems.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits policies is a valuable.
