We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist based in Tokyo who will be in charge of the payroll management and related administration for Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. (130+ employees)
 

Main responsibilities:

  • Payroll management for Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong
    • Collect all documents for new openings, entries, leavers and send them to payroll vendor.
    • Time and Attendance data management (Administrate the clock in / clock out in Store system)
    • Reconciliation of social insurance premium (monthly).
    • Daily communication with payroll vendors.
  • HR Admin
    • Issuing the contracts.
    • Data management SAP/SUCCESS FACTORS
  • Maintain the communication between the different POS, sales team and the payroll vendor.
    • Communication with the Store Managers (or staff), office employees, etc. in relation to law procedures.
  • Ensure the proper enforcement of current legislation in Japan

 

What are we looking for?

  • 3 years+ of experience in a similar position (preferably in fashion retail industry).
  • Experienced in managing payroll and administration for the Japanese market and have a deep knowledge of the Japanese labour law.
  • Strong communication skills both in Japanese and English (JP: Native, EN: Business level)
  • Experience in SAP/SUCCESS FACTORS or similar systems.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits policies is a valuable.
  • Strategic vision, flexibility, problem solving, result orientation, organization & planning, decision making
