Key aspects of the role

Indirect Procurement

• Act as the link between Procurement and internal departments, understanding their needs

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize procurement requirements for indirect goods and services

• Ensure alignment between business needs, budget constraints, and internal policies

• Lead tendering and sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for indirect goods and services

• Ensure objective and unbiased decision-making, based on clear criteria (total cost, quality, service, risk)

• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms

• Collaborate with Legal on the review of contracts

• Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers through structured and professional processes

• Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks (financial, operational, reputational)

• Develop and execute category management strategies for indirect procurement

• Analyze spend, market dynamics, and optimization opportunities by category

• Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies, and process improvements

• Actively contribute to the company’s financial and strategic objectives

Artificial intelligence

• Seguimiento y empuje de los proyectos de finanzas

• Participar y controlar la implementación de los proyectos de IA

• Proponer soluciones del mercado adaptadas a la empresa

Business Travel

• Manage the Travel Agency Tool and its configuration

• Define and enforce the corporate travel policy

• Resolve operational issues with Agency and internal users

• Reporting to Directors to monitor travel spend

Additional Functions

• Follow up of energy cost at a Company Level

You are the ideal person if you have…

• 2 or more years of demonstrated experience managing purchasing department

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English

• Advanced user in MS Excel

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant field

• Team-worker, attention to detail, autonomous and proactive

• Knowledge of SAP

• Sharp negotiation skills

• Project management demonstrated experience
